I help women move through the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and perinatal grief and loss, offering a safe, compassionate counseling space to feel supported and rediscover themselves in motherhood.

Motherhood can stretch you in ways nothing else does, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Between the constant responsibility, identity shifts, invisible mental load, and pressure to “do it all,” many parents find themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike themselves. As a mother of four, I bring both professional training and lived understanding to this work, and I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all together alone.
My clinical focus is supporting individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, particularly those experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). This includes postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and the emotional impact of difficult or traumatic birth experiences. I have completed advanced, nationally recognized training through Postpartum Support International and hold the Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) credential. I am also trained in EMDR therapy, which I frequently use to support trauma healing and nervous system regulation during the perinatal period.
Parenting is deeply meaningful and incredibly demanding. In our work together, my goal is to help you care for your mental and emotional well-being so you can feel more grounded, confident, and present in your life and relationships. Therapy is not about fixing you; it’s about helping you feel supported, understood, and equipped.
Beginning with your first session, I complete a thorough assessment and collaborate with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. I use evidence-based approaches and practical strategies to help you build skills for managing anxiety, mood changes, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. When appropriate, I coordinate care with OB-GYNs, reproductive psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure you receive comprehensive, well-rounded support.
In addition to perinatal counseling, I work with clients navigating grief and loss, maternal mental health concerns, and ongoing parenting challenges. Faith-integrated counseling is available for those who desire Christian counseling as part of their therapeutic work.
