In-person therapy in a calm, Comfortable space
In-Person Therapy
Sometimes it helps to have a place to go. Somewhere that feels quiet, steady, and separate from everything else you’re managing.
In-person sessions offer that kind of space.
In-person sessions can be especially helpful if you:
Prefer a dedicated space away from home
Find it easier to focus without distractions
Feel more comfortable connecting face-to-face
Want a clear boundary between therapy and the rest of your day
There’s no right or wrong option—just what works best for you.
Virtual Therapy
Therapy that fits into Your real life.
Life is full, especially in pregnancy and motherhood.
Virtual sessions make it easier to get support without having to coordinate childcare, commute time, or a packed schedule.
When Virtual Therapy Might be A good Fit
Virtual therapy is offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
You can join from home, your car, or wherever you have a quiet moment.
The work itself is the same, thoughtful, steady, and tailored to what you need. The only difference is the setting.
Virtual sessions can work well if you:
Have a busy or unpredictable schedule
Are balancing childcare or work demands
Prefer the comfort of your own space
Live outside of the immediate Fort Worth area
Many clients find it easier to stay consistent with therapy this way.
A different way to do therapy
Walk & Talk Therapy
Not everyone wants to sit in an office and talk.
For some people, it feels easier to open up when they’re moving, outside, and not making direct eye contact the whole time.
That’s where walk and talk therapy comes in.
My office is located right by the Trinity Trails, which allows us to take sessions outdoors.
During these sessions, we walk at a comfortable pace while talking through whatever feels most present for you. It’s still therapy, just in a more relaxed, natural setting.
Walking while talking can:
Help reduce anxiety and physical tension
Make conversations feel less intense
Support clearer thinking and processing
Feel more natural than sitting face-to-face
For many people, it simply feels easier.
Walk and talk sessions are weather-dependent and may not be the best fit for every situation or topic.
We can always adjust based on what feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
