Meet Libby Marler, lPC, PMH-C
I’m so glad you’re here.
I specialize in compassionately supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and grief with warmth and understanding.
Whether you’re a new mom, a parent feeling stretched thin, or someone navigating deep loss, there’s space for you here.
Hi, I’m Libby Marler! I specialize in supporting women through the complex seasons of motherhood, whether that’s pregnancy, postpartum, parenting challenges, or grief and loss.
My approach is grounded in empathy, connection, and collaboration. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, steady space where you can pause, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women and parents as they navigate everything from perinatal mood disorders and birth trauma to the everyday overwhelm of raising children. I also work with clients processing loss of pregnancies, children, loved ones, or the version of life they imagined.
As a counselor, I value authenticity over perfection and believe that healing often begins in the moments we feel most uncertain or unseen. My role is to help you reconnect with your own strength and self-compassion, one session at a time.
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me chasing my kids around, serving on the Aledo Education Foundation board, or finding small joys in a busy family life.
You don’t have to go through this season alone. Whether you’re a new mom, a parent feeling stretched thin, or someone navigating deep loss, there’s space for you here.
How I work
My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel understood, gain insight, and begin making meaningful changes in your life.
As a counselor, I believe counseling should feel like a safe exhale, a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out. My approach is warm, compassionate, and relational. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to understand what you’re feeling, why it’s happening, and how to move toward greater peace and connection.
In our sessions, you can expect empathy, understanding, and a practical, evidence-based approach that supports both healing and growth. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself and find confidence in this season of life. You don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we’ll build tools to help you feel calmer, more present, and more like you again.
Counseling with me is…
01 Warm & Compassionate
You don’t have to filter your feelings here. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, tired, tearful, anxious, hopeful, or anything in between. I approach every session with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your experience.
02 Collaborative & Supportive
We’ll work together to understand your story and find strategies that truly fit your life. I believe you’re the expert on you, my role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, insight, and tools that help you feel grounded and capable again.
03 Evidence-Based & Tailored to You
Each session is individualized to meet your unique needs, whether that’s managing postpartum anxiety, processing grief, or finding balance in motherhood.
04 Centered on Connection & Growth
Real change happens when you feel safe and supported. Together, we’ll build awareness, strengthen self-compassion, and create space for healing. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself, calm, confident, and connected to both your life and the people you love.
