Your first session is about getting to know you—your story, what’s bringing you in, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll take things at your pace and begin building a plan together.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and the fee is $195 per session. Extended session and couples sessions are available as well for a fee of $300 per 75 minute session. I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to pay for therapy.

My office is located in the WestBend area of Fort Worth at 1751 River Run, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76107.
Parking: You can park in the surface parking lot directly in front of the building. There is also a free WestBend parking garage located behind Tyler’s and HG Sply Co.
Finding the entrance: If you are facing the front of the building from River Run, the entrance is located on the left (north) side of the building. Enter through the glass doors into the lobby and take the elevator to the second floor.
Finding Suite 200: When you exit the elevator, walk forward a short distance. Suite 200 will be through the first set of double glass doors on your left.
My office is located within the Regus office suites, so don’t worry if you see Regus signage rather than my practice name—you’re in the right place!
Once you enter Suite 200, there is a receptionist at the front desk during regular business hours. Simply let them know that you are there to see Libby Marler, and they will let me know you’ve arrived. You’re welcome to have a seat in the waiting area, and I’ll come out to meet you when it’s time for your appointment.
First time visiting? I recommend giving yourself an extra few minutes to park and find the suite. Once you’ve been here once, it’s very easy to navigate!

Email is the best way to reach me. You can contact me directly at libby@libbymarlercounseling.com or by sending me a message through the secure client portal. I do my best to respond within one business day. Since I spend most of my day in session, email or portal messaging are the quickest and most reliable ways to get in touch. You can reach me by phone at 817-213-6481. Because the majority of my time is spent meeting with clients, I’m often not able to return phone calls quickly. For the fastest response, please use the client portal or email.
