Your first session is about getting to know you—your story, what’s bringing you in, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll take things at your pace and begin building a plan together.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and the fee is $195 per session. Extended session are available as well for a fee of $295 per 75 minute session. Payment will be due in full at the end of your counseling session. We accept HSA or any major credit card. The credit card you place on file to secure your initial appointment will be charged through our scheduling system.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to pay for therapy.

You can schedule an appointment directly through my online scheduling system. I’ll follow up to confirm your time and answer any questions before we meet.

Yes. I offer both in-person sessions in Fort Worth and virtual sessions for clients across Texas. You’re welcome to choose what feels most comfortable and convenient for you.

Our office is located in the WestBend area at 1751 River Run, Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Surface parking is available near our office, but you may also use the free parking garage located behind Tyler’s and HG Sply Co. Please park in the parking lot directly in front of the office or the parking garage for the Westbend area.

The doors to enter the building are on the North side or if you are looking at the front of the building they are on the left side. Come inside the lobby and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Walk a little bit forward and go inside the first double glass doors on your left which is suite 200. Check in with the receptionist between 9:00am-5:00pm to let them know you have arrived and they will notify your counselor.

I do my best to respond within one business day. Since I spend most of my day in session, email or portal messaging are the quickest and most reliable ways to get in touch. You can reach me by phone at 817-213-6481. Because the majority of my time is spent meeting with clients, I’m often not able to return phone calls quickly. For the fastest response, please use the client portal or email.

Prepared for Postpartum is a short-term counseling offering designed to support you during pregnancy as you prepare emotionally and practically for life after your baby arrives.
