Prepared for Postpartum

A more supported postpartum experience starts here

Proactive support for pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood

You do not have to wait until things feel overwhelming to get support.

Prepared for Postpartum is designed for women who want to feel more emotionally prepared for birth, recovery, and the transition into life with a baby. This program offers intentional support during pregnancy so you can go into postpartum with more clarity, realistic expectations, and a plan for caring for yourself.

Whether you are feeling anxious about what’s ahead, have a history of anxiety or depression, are pregnant after loss, or simply want more support during this season, this program creates space to prepare before you are running on empty.

Prepared for Postpartum

Support for women who want a more thoughtful, emotionally supported transition into motherhood

Why This Matters

Postpartum is often when support is needed most, but feels hardest to reach for.

Many women are told to “reach out if they need help” after the baby is born, but postpartum is often the very time when it feels hardest to know what you need, find the words, or take the next step.

Having support in place ahead of time can make it easier to notice when something feels off, ask for help sooner, and feel less alone in the transition.

Prepared for Postpartum is meant to help you think intentionally about your emotional well-being before the hard days arrive, not because something is wrong, but because support matters.

Prepared for Postpartum may be a good fit for you if You:
